Overwhelmed

Posted on 24 September 2010

I have some posts in the hopper that should be pretty fun, including one where I reveal and ridicule some of my childhood journal entries, musings on the tooth fairy, and a real-life living arrangements story featuring black widows and tarantulas. Right now, though, I’m a bit overwhelmed. I’m scrambling to complete as many novel revisions as possible by Wednesday of next week, trying to make progress on various other writing projects, grappling with some major decisions, entering production at work and gearing up for a business trip, not to mention finding time to have a drink with friends.

So! I’ll take the weekend to regroup (and dig through my old journals — yikes) and will plan to be back with a vengeance next week.

p.s. In case you couldn’t tell, that girl in the photo is not me.
p.p.s. I’m also not preparing for the LSAT. I might be overwhelmed, but at least not for that reason. Thank god.
